Look into my eyes, you will see what you mean to me.

The door closed louder than she meant it to. The wind was strong today. She pushed her face into it and began to run, her cheap trainers thudding against the pavement.

Search your heart, seach your soul. And when you find me there you'll search no more.

It felt good to run; almost as good as it felt spending that extra week in the hospital. Her leg twinged slightly today, but that was the weather. It was as healed as it would ever be, the scar fading to a browny-pink. That was as good as it would get.

Don't tell me it's not worth fighting for. You can't tell me it's not worth dying for.

Was this as good as it would get? Isabelle wasn't sure. Her life had improved in many ways. Her relationship with her brothers was infinitely better, and she wasn't so stressed all the time. She felt better than she had in years, and possibly ever.

You know it's true: everything I do, I do it for you.

Perhaps she should enrol in a course. A course she'd enjoy. A small thrill accompanied this thought and she picked up speed, her breath starting to catch. Yes, she would do that. Maybe she'd learn to cook. She'd learn to make healthier food than the bland pasta she'd been doing for years. Steamed vegetables and salads and things.

There's no love like your love, and no other could give more love.

She was running fast now, her heart thumping in her chest, the adrenaline high making her smile through the rain. This was good. Life was so good.

There's nowhere unless you're there all the time, all the way.

She barely noticed the tight band of a headache anymore these days, which was good. She'd had it checked out, of course - she really rather liked the hospital now - but it wasn't a tumor or anything serious. It must just have been a side effect of her injuries. Maybe it would go with time.

Look into your heart, babe.

If that was the cost of her newfound health, it was completely worth it.

Her good health was worth anything else.

I assume you've told them via this medium also?
