Oktoberfest: Germ of an Idea

I was chatting to lslaw last night, as you do, and it occurred to me that perhaps scenes between entirely unrelated characters might be an interesting way of generating things for the challenge without letting it be canon and thus having to put in approvals for it. :)  A sort of online "bring a character party," like unto the parties I held once upon a time, if you will. 

Thoughts?  Doesn't have to be a group thing--one-on-ones would do.
