And so it was, friend reader, that the Child of Chance and Daughter of the Die did find herself bound by reason and order. The Geas weighted heavily on her and she let out a cry to the Great God Chance to be freed of it. And Chance answered her call.

The God Chance looked upon his faithful child and offered randomised comfort. “For are not all actions, even those forced on you by another still not truly the act of chance? What led you here, Daughter?”

“The Die”

“And so the Die has brought you this, if it was the act of the Die can you still call it a work of that Great Enemy Order?”

And His Daughter rejoiced, and in her die-ing hour knew that Chance was with her still.
